You can request deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time by contacting us at privacy@mantra.trade. We will process your request in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Please note that certain data may be retained as required by law for regulatory, compliance, audit, or legal purposes, and blockchain-related data (such as wallet addresses or transaction records) may be permanently recorded on-chain and cannot be deleted.

10. International Data Transfers

By using the Platform, you understand and acknowledge that we may transfer your personal information to service providers or other third parties located in countries which may not provide the same level of data protection as the laws where you are based. When we transfer your personal data abroad, we will ensure that relevant safeguards are in place to afford adequate protection and that we comply with applicable data protection laws.

11. Notice to California Residents

If you are a California resident, you have certain additional rights with respect to your personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA"). You have the right to request to know what categories of personal information we have collected, the sources of that information, the purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it. You also have the right to request deletion of your personal information and to opt out of any sale of your personal information.

12. Children

The Platform is not intended for use by children under 18 years of age. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18 without the consent of the child's parent or guardian as required by law, we will delete it.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the date of this Privacy Policy and posting it on the Platform. We may also provide notification of changes in another way that we believe is reasonably likely to reach you, such as via email if you have an account with us. Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
