1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MANTRA mobile application and website (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by MANTRA SPC ("MANTRA," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in the Cayman Islands.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Successfully complete our identity verification (KYC) process.
  • Not be a person who is subject to national or international sanctions or located or ordinarily resident in any country or region that is the subject of comprehensive country-wide or region-wide sanctions, embargo or equivalent by the United States of America, United Kingdom, or European Union.
  • Not be a resident of, or located in, the United Arab Emirates, the Cayman Islands, or any country subject to international sanctions.
  • Not appear on the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List of the OFAC, the European Union consolidated list of persons subject to financial sanctions, or the United Kingdom Consolidated List of Financial Sanctions Targets.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. MANTRA reserves the right to suspend, limit, or terminate access to the Platform for any user who violates these Terms, engages in unlawful activity, or poses a compliance risk, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

3. Platform Services

MANTRA provides a platform for trading perpetual futures contracts on digital assets. Trading is conducted through the MANTRA mobile application. This website serves as an informational resource and does not provide trading functionality.

4. Risk Disclosure

You understand and accept the following risks relating to the Platform:

  • Trading digital asset derivatives, including perpetual futures with leverage, involves a high degree of risk. You may lose some or all of your deposited funds. The value of digital assets can be highly volatile, and past performance is not indicative of future results.
  • MANTRA does not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating whether any trading activity is appropriate for you, and you should consult with qualified professionals where needed.
  • Market data and platform availability are not guaranteed and may be subject to delays or interruptions. MANTRA does not guarantee successful trade execution or any particular outcome from your use of the Platform.
  • The regulatory status of digital assets and derivatives may be unclear or unsettled in many jurisdictions. Changes to applicable law or regulation may have a materially adverse effect on your use of the Platform.
  • You are solely responsible for protecting the security of your account credentials. You cannot expect anyone to be able to restore or issue any refund in respect of funds lost due to compromised account credentials.

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. MANTRA is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your account.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud.
  • Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or KYC verification.
  • Attempt to manipulate markets, disrupt the Platform, or exploit vulnerabilities.
  • Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access the Platform without our prior written consent.
  • Circumvent any geographical restrictions or eligibility requirements.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the Platform are the property of MANTRA SPC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any Platform content without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MANTRA and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data, arising from or relating to your use of the Platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount of fees you have paid to MANTRA in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms, at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Cayman Islands, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Geographic Restrictions

Access to the Platform may be restricted or prohibited in certain countries or jurisdictions. We make no claims that the Platform or any of its content may be accessed by any person in any particular country or jurisdiction. Users who access the Platform from restricted jurisdictions do so in violation of these Terms.

12. Store Availability

You acknowledge and agree that the availability of the MANTRA application is dependent on the third-party app store from which you download the application. These Terms apply between you and MANTRA SPC, not with any app store providers. Your use of the Platform may also be subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable app store provider.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
